Mostly in Slovakia, but also in other countries, Sanoma Magazines develops a strong portfolio of magazines catering to the needs of business professionals. Prime examples include Stratégie, Slovakia’s leading marketing communications magazine, and Market!ng & Media about the media and advertising industry in Hungary.
In most of our operating countries we develop customer magazines for business partners. Customer magazines allow our business partners to closely connect with their customers in a way most customers prefer. Sanoma Magazines Finland for instance produces Blue Wings, Finnair’s in-flight magazine. Another example is Blue by Peugeot, that Sanoma Uitgevers has developed for Peugeot Nederland in the Netherlands. A final example is Hermitage, that is published in Russia by Independent Media Sanoma Magazines for the St. Petersburg Hermitage museum.
Next to general interest magazines, well-liked by a broad audience, Sanoma Magazines develops magazines for a small audience with a special interest in a well-defined, particular topic. Our company EPN International is for instance responsible for publishing niche magazines like Habitations Exclusives (Exclusive Homes) in France, Vier Seizoenen (Four Seasons) in Belgium and Special Zwembaden Sauna’s & Whirlpools (Special Swimming Pools Saunas & Whirlpools) in the Netherlands.
