Peter van Kol CEO Adria Media Holding

Vienna, June 12 2007 - Peter van Kol, CEO Adria Media Zagreb, will be appointed CEO Adria Media Holding as per November 1, 2007. József Steff, currently CEO Adria Media Holding, will move to Sanoma Magazines Praha (SMP). He will become the new CEO of SMP as per November 1, 2007.



Since the start of the Joint Venture between SMI and G+J, József Steff has been doing a great job as the responsible person for the integration of the different businesses of the joint venture partners and the materialization of the defined synergies. This very time consuming process has passed off successfully and will be finalized in the course of the second part of 2007.As a consequence of the successful integration the Supervisory Board of Adria Media Holding has decided to combine the responsibilities of the Holding CEO with the responsibilities of the CEO of one of its subsidiaries. Therefore, Peter van Kol will, next to his role as CEO of Adria Media Zagreb, become CEO of Adria Media Holding as well. He will report to the Supervisory Board of Adria Media Holding.
