Adria Media Serbia appoints new CEO

Belgrade, 16 November 2009 - Adria Media Serbia, one of the biggest publishing companies in Serbia, has appointed Dr. Alexander Teutsch as its new CEO.

Adria Media Serbia is the Serbian subsidiary of Adria Media Holding, a joint venture between Sanoma Magazines International, Styria Media and Gruner+Jahr in the Adriatic region. Dr. Alexander Teutsch (38) is currently Director Business and Strategy of G+J International. His appointment as CEO of AMS takes effect on 1 January 2010. Bernd Rademann (42), the current CEO of Adria Media Serbia, has been appointed COO and Executive Vice President of G+J International, also with effect on January 1, 2010.
