On 1 January 2010 Sanoma Uitgevers simplified its organisational structure. The new structure is based on two pillars: digital and print media. The corporate brand names Jonge Gezinnen, Sanoma Men’s Magazines (SMM) and ilse media seized to exist. All digital activities of Sanoma Uitgevers, its subsidiaries Jonge Gezinnen and Sanoma Men’s Magazines (SMM) have been bundled under ilse media, using Sanoma Digital the Netherlands as a corporate brand. This created a broad digital network. All print activities have been placed under Sanoma Uitgevers.
In July 2010 Sanoma Magazines divested Business-to-Business publisher Sanoma Magazines Slovakia to focus more strongly on its core media portfolio of consumer magazines and digital media. Sanoma Magazines remained active in Slovakia through a digital media portfolio managed from the Czech Republic by Sanoma Magazines Praha.
